Introduction

Preparation

Buy: -10 sea lassos

Equipment

In order to survive the sea, you will need a hat that let's you breathe underwater, enough HP or DR to survive a hit, noodles or rain-doh to stun opponents, shieldbutt and +weapon damage or Stringozzi Serpent and +spell damage, and a way of restoring the MP cost of each turn. Some of the gear obtained from this quest is quite good for the next time around. Here are my suggestions for someone just coming out of a run (with both high-end and low-end options):

Mainstat refers to what your highest stat is. In other words, if you just finished an Avatar of Boris run and decided to be a Pastamancer, your highest stat is muscle and therefore you should play like a muscle class because of the equipment that will be available to you. When moxie is your highest stat, you will probably want to use spells and play like a mysticality class. You can use this to your advantage if you have a skill/equipment set that works best as either a shieldbutter or a spell slinger.

Decide Which Path To Take

You have a choice between doing one of two quests that will lead to one of two rewards. These rewards can be smithed together to create a third reward, such that it takes four runs from each class to get all of the outfit pieces (with one exception that requires you to have 6/7 loathing outfit pieces first - details on this are under side-quests).
